Fashion Icon of the Week: Deidra Onuorah

Deidra Onuorah, a junior at KHS, expresses herself through her unique style. She classifies herself as a mixture of different fashions including Bohemian, sophisticated, and relaxed. Deidra says her style is inspired by magazines, TV, her older sister, and her trip to New York. You may catch her in the mall at least once a month at one of her favorite stores; Fovever XXI, Deliha’s, Wet Seal, or Charlotte Russe.
When getting ready in the morning, it takes Deidra about an hour and 15 minutes to achive her look. She completes her outfits with jewelry which she likes buying from Target; her favorite accessories being bracelets. Deidra’s tip about fashion is, “Be yourself; a lot of people try to copy others, but you should do what fits your personality. I just get stuff and put it together.”
